1. Who we are

WeAll is operated by YRP Corporate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17064605). In these terms, "we," "us," and "WeAll" refer to YRP Corporate Ltd. "You" refers to anyone using the app.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using WeAll, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WeAll. If you are under 18, you confirm you have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the app.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at veyd@weallapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and content you post on WeAll. By posting, you grant us a licence to display, store, and process that content as needed to operate the app, including showing it to your circle for verification purposes, and using aggregated (non-identifying) activity data to demonstrate engagement to sponsors.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Verification and medals

WeAll's verification system relies on real people in your circle confirming your activity. Attempting to manipulate verification, including fake accounts, coordinated false verification, or exploiting referral or reward mechanisms, is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending rewards or earnings.

7. Subscriptions and payments

WeAll Premium is an auto-renewing annual subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, via your device's app store account settings, not through WeAll directly. Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, not by us directly.

Premium pricing, discount eligibility (including referral-based discounts), and included features may be updated from time to time; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

8. Referral, creator, and sponsor programmes

Referral codes, creator partnerships, and sponsor arrangements are subject to their own specific terms provided at signup for each programme. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim payments obtained through fraudulent, fake, or manipulated activity.

9. Advertising

Free-tier use of WeAll includes advertising, served via Google Mobile Ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

10. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users.

11. Disclaimers

WeAll is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. WeAll is a habit-tracking and social accountability tool. It is not medical, financial, or professional advice, and you should use your own judgement for any goals related to health, finances, or wellbeing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YRP Corporate Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of WeAll. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WeAll after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
