1. Who we are

WeAll is operated by YRP Corporate Ltd (Company No. 17064605), registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

2. What we collect

When you use WeAll, we collect:

Account information: name, email address, date of birth (for age verification), and profile photo.

Content you create: photos posted as Moves, comments, and any text you add to your profile.

Activity data: Moves completed, categories used, verification/medal activity, circle connections, and referral/invite activity.

Subscription and payment data: subscription status and purchase history, processed via Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not see or store your card details directly.

Device and usage data: app version, device type, and general usage analytics, including data collected via our advertising provider (Google Mobile Ads) for users on the free tier.

3. How we use it

We use your data to: operate the app and its verification system; process subscriptions and referral rewards; communicate important account or service information; improve the app; detect fraud or abuse of verification, referral, and reward systems; and provide aggregated, non-identifying engagement statistics to category sponsors (sponsors never receive your personal data directly).

4. Who we share it with

We use the following processors to run WeAll:

Supabase for database and file storage hosting.

RevenueCat for subscription and purchase management.

Apple App Store / Google Play for payment processing for subscriptions.

Google Mobile Ads for advertising for free-tier users.

We do not sell your personal data. Sponsors and creator partners only ever receive aggregated statistics (e.g. total verified completions in a category), never data that identifies you individually.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the Account screen in the app. For any other request, contact us at veyd@weallapp.com.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain certain records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Children

WeAll is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll note the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
